Owner questions
Do I need a licence to rent out my villa?
Yes. Short-term rentals in Bali need the right business licensing. If yours is not in place, we guide you through it with a licensed local partner before the villa goes live.
Can I still stay in my own villa?
Of course. Tell us which dates you want and we block them. We prepare the house for you exactly as we would for a guest.
How and when am I paid?
Payouts land on the 1st of every month in USD, AUD, EUR or IDR, with a statement of every booking, fee and expense.
Who pays for repairs?
Routine maintenance labour is included in Full management. Parts and larger repairs are quoted first, and anything over $150 needs your approval.
Is there a lock-in?
The first agreement runs for 12 months. After that it rolls monthly, with 60 days’ notice.
