Your details, handled with care

When you book

We collect what you type into the booking form:

• your name, email address and phone number (WhatsApp)
• the country you live in, if you tell us
• your note to our team, if you write one
• your trip: the villa, dates, guests, arrival time and extras

We use this to hold your dates, take your payment, email you about your booking, and reach you if something changes.

When an owner signs in

We collect your email address, and your name if you add it. We send a code to your email so you can sign in. We also keep the villa details and photos you add to your listing.

We use this to run your listing and to reply to you about it. We use two cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one lasts ten minutes while you sign in.

On your own device

Your browser keeps your currency choice, your saved villas and the link to your booking. These stay on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your IP address

We do not keep your IP address. We keep only a one-way code made from it. We use the code to limit abuse, such as many requests in a short time. The code cannot be turned back into your address.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores our data and photos, and sends our emails.
• doit.id takes online payments. It receives your name, your phone number and the amount you pay.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data. You can ask us to delete it. Send us a message and say which one you want.
