How booking works

Holding your dates

When you confirm a booking, we hold your dates for you. Nobody else can book them while the hold lasts.

• A hold for a bank transfer lasts 24 hours.
• A hold for online payment lasts 60 minutes.

If your payment does not arrive in time, the hold ends. The dates open up for other guests. You can start a new booking at any time.

You can cancel a hold yourself from your booking page.

Paying

You can pay by bank transfer in US dollars or in rupiah. We email you the bank details after you confirm.

Where it is on offer, you can also pay online with QRIS or a bank virtual account. Online payment is in rupiah.

Prices are in US dollars. The rupiah amount uses a fixed rate, and you see it before you confirm. The total includes local tax.

Changes and refunds

Full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days before.

To change a booking, or to cancel one you have paid for, send us a message through the enquiry form. Our team will reply.

Guests

Every villa has a guest limit. Count every adult and every child. You cannot book more guests than the villa sleeps.

Each villa also has a minimum stay. You see it when you choose your dates.

Arrival

Check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in is on request. We cannot always say yes.

Tell us when you expect to arrive. You choose one of these windows when you book:

• 13:00 – 15:00 (early, on request)
• 15:00 – 17:00
• 17:00 – 20:00
• 20:00 – 23:00
• After 23:00
